We have an opening for a permanent Report Assembler to join our busy Analysis Services Team. The Role: This is a new junior role within our busy Production Team as a Report Assembler, requiring the skills to build and assemble final report outputs for our various client projects. The successful applicant will be diligent, patient, flexible and confident, working to produce our reports to a high quality standard, following best practice documents and liaising with Analysts as required. Key Responsibilities: • To collate, generate and produce final reports in Acrobat for our clients using a combination of in-house and Office software, working to tight deadlines • To liaise with our IS team to troubleshoot any issues with the report formats, content and process • To upload iReports to our Canadean Interactive website • To provide admin support on Canadean Interactive, maintaining and updating report statuses and client permissions • To work with other members of the Analysis Services Team to continuously improve delivery, both in terms of increased efficiency and quality of work, suggesting improvements to output Job Requirements • Good MS Office skills (Word, Excel) and preferably Adobe Acrobat experience • A high level of numeracy and excellent written and spoken English skills • Aptitude to learn new software quickly • Strong attention to detail is essential • Highly organised and able to work to high standards under pressure • Persevering, as this role involves a lot of repetitive work • Enjoys working as part of a team http://www.jobs4journalists.co.uk/jobs/6453/report+assembler.html http://www.jobs4journalists.co.uk/jobs/6453/report+assembler.html Fri, 26 Apr 2013 12:32:00 GMT
