      <title>Arts and Culture - Senior Account Executive</title>
      <description>Idea Generation is looking for creative Senior Account Executive with a passion for the arts to join our Visual Arts &amp; Culture team. Working within this busy team you will be working across several client accounts, including museums, galleries, photographic agencies and arts festivals, and will be expected to hit the ground running. 

You will be highly motivated and enthusiastic, able to generate creative ideas and confident about communicating these to clients and in pitches. Your creativity will be balanced with strategic thinking, an organised approach to your work and excellent attention to detail. Strong presentation and writing skills are a must, as is a good understanding of the arts media, both on and offline, and awareness of current issues affecting the arts.  

Ideally you should have at least two years experience working in a PR role and account management experience. A passion for the arts and culture is essential, as is a positive and highly personable approach to work.

The Role

The Reporter will be responsible for delivering exclusive breaking news, data analysis, comment and features on to the site. The Reporter will be expected to use contacts in the industry to scoop exclusive stories, to interview key industry figures to write in depth market analysis. As well as attending international events and conferences to represent the website.

Your Profile

As the successful Production Designer you will have proven experience working within a busy, fast paced production environment, with a creative flair for design and image sourcing. You will have the ability to hit the ground running within a hugely successful business, will be exceptionally organised, and very good with Indesign and Photoshop, using a PC. Indesign 5 would be a huge bonus!!  Ideally you will have a background working on Catalogues - in  Production and Design, having laying out a huge number of adverts, and pages, as well as processing images. As the Production Designer you will have excellent attention to detail whilst working to tight deadlines. It is important that you are a first-rate all rounded team player, with a skilled balance between creativity with design, layout and also production.

The Role

This is a great opportunity to work across over 250 catalogues throughout the year, as well as a weekly paper, and supplements. You role as Production Designer will include processing and manipulating images, laying out adverts for over 400 clients, adhering to templates, guidelines and house style.  You will be an outstanding team player working in a team of 4, with lots of enthusiasm to grasp the role as quickly as possible.

You will need to be available to start work in 2 weeks. The role is temp to perm position.
