You will come from an established b2b editorial background with ideally a broad knowledge of the energy and/or oil &amp; gas arenas, together man management skills. You will of course be educated to a degree level and have a NCTJ or equivalent qualification, with a keen understanding of publishing, management, budgeting, media law and ethics with ideally Gulf specific sensibilities. 

The role
You will be working on a well established, powerhouse of a magazine that holds the number 1 position in a sector that continually attracts major debate around the world. You will oversee the editorial direction of the publication, developing regular features, commissioning articles and creating a platform to drive forward advertising sales. You will feel at home representing your publication to third parties at social and business events, as well as be at the fore-front of developing new products hand in hand with the sales department, ensuring the continued commercial growth of the publication.
